Dale’s own ability to do the vast majority of the house building provides him insight into good practice that other contractors without that personal knowledge often cannot provide. Consequently, we choose to be limited in the number of projects we take on at a time. Juggling 4 or 5 or more projects at one time would not allow Dale to provide that level of attention to the homeowner or to the project.
